Edible 3D printed creations seem to be all the rage these days, with the Fab@Home project leading the charge, creating objects out of peanut butter, frosting and cheese. But this concept appears to be more than just a novelty, as NASA has enlisted the help of Austin TX based Systems and Materials Research Corporation to develop technology to create a 3D printed pizza. You couldn't really make news like this up if you tried.
